Return Policy
Our policy is an exchange policy only. It lasts 7 days from the time you receive your items. After 7 days the sale will be considered complete.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL. CONTACT US for an RMA number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original container, sealed from leaks and secured with lid clips, and in the limited quantity packaging in which it was received. This is required to remain in compliance with federal law for shipping limited quantity dangerous goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If it is determined that a manufacturer defect exists we will ship you the same replacement product at no additional charge to you.
Due to variances in color displays on computer monitors exchanges will not be made for color discrepancies.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected or tested, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm., excluding holidays, From our facility in Charleston, SC.

| Shipping Rates | The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. | ||
| Back Orders | If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional Shipping for the second shipment. | ||
